Problem with throttle

I just got the expansion pack a week ago, and it seems like I keep having a throttle problem, I cant figure out whats causing the throttle to be at about 40% all the time, I can hit f1 to cut the throttle but  if I add just a tiny bit of throttle from my joystick it just goes back to 40% ...       I cant even park without it going out of control, iv check auto pilot, auto throttle - iv shut down the engines, avionics, .. everything, and the problem still comes back ..  Any suggestions?

remove and place the FSX cfg folder , located in C:/documents and settings/aplication data /YOUR NAME/Microsoft /FSX  <--this folder should contain FSX.CFG file ,place this entire folder somewhere else (like your desktop for example)start FSX let the FSX's system Builds a new FSX cfg folder , try the throttle again
