Hello I'm a fan of FS 2004, but fsx is making me thinking. Can you tell me if my machine is ok for it, or it will run it with some decency. Many thanks, if you know any site that they have some configurations for this type of machines, that would be great.
Cheers

I think (not an expert) that with Service Pack 1 you should get okay frames in the countryside, but your computer won't be able to handle much ai at airports. So if you like low and slow, then it might be worth trading up, but if you like heavies and the bustle of big airports maybe stick with FS9. I like both, in a shallow sort of way, so I'm using both sims.... one thing is certain, there are some amazing payware scenery packages out or on their way for FSX and the low/slow pilots...

Those specs are ok. Like Krigl said, you can use it for low/slow flying and use FS9 for the big ones.

BTW, I can't wait for Flight Terrain X, that is going to look so good.  8-) 8-) 8-)
