Odd Map Problem

I was flying just north of Palm Beach last night and went to the map to get the VOR freq for Bimini. I moused over the station, and then went back into Free Flight. Suddenly I was in a place over the ocean. I went back to the map to see where I was and I was off the coast of El Salvador. I have no idea how it happened, I didn't change anything on the map page. Anyone else ever have anything like this happen?
