fsx expansion pack is this payware?

Only for short flights  :-[ I can't even think of buying the expantion crash pack

i would like this question answered ? will i have a pay again or will it be a free download
my guess it will be payware as it looks like a boxed pack ,i have not seen anywere in there blog's about this being another add on that i would have to pay for to use fsx to its fullness
