Re bar @ top FSX when running  one uses the Alt key  to bring  it up  but how do get rid of it when you have finished with it. I have pushed Alt again  but the bar just stays there ! P.S it did the same prior to SP1  Any Advice would be gratefull & Thankyou in advance Chris

Hold the Alt key down 'till it goes away.
At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
