help please

I downloaded the blackhawk helecopter from this site and it makes the game freeze when i select it in the aircarft menu. What do i need to do to fix this.

Would you give us a brief descrition of your machine , and a link to test this chopper or "helecopter" ? and we may be able to find the issue.

I did not follow the link, but I strongly believe it might be the system specs  :-/

FSX needs atleast 2 gig to run proper, and the fact that you run vista with 1 gig makes the problem even worst  :-X

I suggest add some more ram before attempting any further add-ons.

I don't think it's a problem of too lite RAM; the question is: does this problem appear on other add-on SimObjects too?

I run FSX on a Notebook with 1GB Ram, 0.5GB Grafic and a 1.8Ghz AMD single-core and didn't have any problems with any Add-On!!!

thanks for tryin but i got it to work i just had to download it again  and my system works fine with 1gb of ram i downloaded sp1 and now i run with 25fps with everything except traffic on either medium low or medium high and with aircraft deital maxed out
