F15E afterburner effect?

Postby gtirob01 » Fri Jul 20, 2007 10:15 pm

Recently downloaded the F-15E package the was recently released for FSX. Everything seems to work great, except for the burner effect. The download did not appear to have an effects folder. Am I just missing something here? Or possibly just not using the right keyboard command for the burner? Any help is appreciated.
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

I think (not certain as I'm running FS9 not X) that SHIFT+F4 should give you burners ;)

for other aircraft, yes, that does work. I have tried it with no luck on the F-15 tho.

Are you sure it has an AB effect?

I dont recall seeing any fx files..... but I will have to look again and see. Not that it matters much to me.. but the claimed bomb effect is also missing.
