I need Graphics help

i have a nVidia GeForce 6100 GPU could i make my Graphics go up
more with out it running slow? take a look at what it looks like now.

Change that image, fast. Its linked to another site. ;)

To answer your question, every time you push a slider up, the sims FPS goes down. So no, sorry. ;)
