screwed up lights

I recently downloaded and put into my effects, a addon that was suppose to improve the lighting on the runway and on the aircraft.

Well, the obvious reply from anyone (including me) is to delete that file, or if you copied over it, find the original.  But since it was called as you said, "FX Bloom Enhancement", well something similar, try putting on Bloom under Display Settings.

Unfortunetly that will also hurt your frames, but see if that fixes it, if not, then try to find the original.
