Pilot Records in FSX

Postby aussiewannabe » Mon Jun 11, 2007 6:58 pm

I'm keeping track of my flight around the world in a Howard 500 with the pilot records as well as writing it down. However, on several occasions it logs the wrong departure and arrival airport.

For example, I flew from St. John's International in Newfoundland to Narsaruag, Greenland. New flight to Kangerlussuag, Greenland. New flight to Reykjavik, Iceland.

Pilot records did not record of landing in either Narsaruag or Kangerlussuag. Instead, the pilot record listed my flight as Clarenville, NF to Reykjavik, Iceland with a flight time of 7.9 hrs. Should have only taken about 4.5 hrs.

Today, I flew from Matagascar (FMMA) to Seychelles International in Seychelles (FSIA). Pilot record records it as FMMA to FSSD (Denis Island). The distance between FSIA and FSSD is 10nm. It also recorded two landings.

Has anyone else had a problem with their pilot records?

Problem has been fixed. Thanks to CaptRayzer for suggesting the logbook editor from FSX utilities. It's easy to use. Now I can continue my trip around the world.

SEE YA!

That's why I always use my own spreadsheet program to log my flighttime ;)
