Crazy Textures and 3d bulding not showing up help

The problems seem to get worse and worse with my copy of this game now the textures are crazy there showing like 30 roads in one spot uasly at the airport.I flew to las vegas and just like at my home airport the buliding were not there exect for parts of them never the full buildings, and in the race the truck mission no truck just a trail of fire. I kinda got water now but now it looks like crazy blurs of land and water this is drivng me crazy!! hopyfull microsoft will send me a new set of discs to see if thats the issue cause the one I bought came with only one disc and compltetd the install.I spent like 3 hours on the phone with them today just for the water still not fixed if anyone can think of anything plez tell me. Anyone else running an radeon X850 256mb with FSX I'm also running XP

- please put some spaces in your text, jump some lines from times to times. This is hardly readable right now.
