Most probably not.

Would be cool if you could set a custom resoltuion in the FSX.cfg 'though...

It worked. I hooked up my cable to the back of my HDTV and FSX supports its native resolution: 1366 x 768. I took some shots with my camera phone. FSX never looked so good!

Question, I have a 32" LCD TV.  Is there any way I could do a multipanel setup with that and my computer?

I actually find that it runs a bit better if you use a lower resolution.  I run mine as 1280 x 700, but have gone as high as 1920 x 1080.  It's kind of screwy messing with the resolutions, but you figure it out eventually...

Wait until you try the Real Air Spit at 1700 x 1000!  ;D

Yes, the control panel for my NVidia Geforce 7600GT video card has several multiple monitor setups.  I have two monitors connected to it by a digital and a standard monitor connector.  A third connection is the round plug type, my 42" Plasma goes into that.  I open the multiple monitor setup in the NVidia control panel and set it to use both monitors in a dual setup, that is how I have it all of the time.  Occasionally I want just the plasma on, thats also easy to set, single display/tv.  You can only have 2 connections live at one time so if you want a monitor and a tv on at the same time this is possible, only you temporarily lose use of the 2nd monitor (unless you have dual cards).  It can all be easily set back to normal afterward.  Something I would like to do is have the inside cockpit displayed on the monitor and the external view of the aircraft on the tv, that would be stunning for anyone watching at the time!  It may be possible to do by unlocking the windows and dragging them, I will try it sometime.

Just make sure your LCD TV has RGB or DVI in, then you're set.
