yah, that'd be so cool.
a better FF system would be to use a worm drive for the axes...
that way, when the user tries to pull back, with no FF turned on, it'll detect any strain, and tell the motors to go with the flow. Then, when there is force feedback input, depending on the strain that the user is pulling on the stick, the motors can either loosten up, or lock in place.

maybe ill tell Saitek, or develope it myself, and then sell it to Saitek...
