HELP ME!!!

OK, I don't know if this has been posted before, but I'm starting to get verrry upset. I brought up FSX to do some flying, and it brought up this little error message:

Product Activation Error: An error occurred while attempting to activate the product. The problem may be due to an incomplete installation of the application. Reinstalling the application may resolve the problem. Otherwise, please contact product support for assistance

This is the second time it's done this to me, and last time it happened, I had to reinstall, and I lost everything. I have done everything right as far as I know, I activated it over the Internet when I got it, which was the second day it was out. I haven't really changed anything lately, except for installing FSUIPC 4.0.7.2 last week, along with about 5 new aircraft (all except for one designed for FSX). What do I do? I've tried to do all of the stuff that the troubleshooting stuff says to, and I would call MS, but last time they were not much help.

PLEASE HELP ME!!! If any other info is needed, let me know and I will reply as quick as I can.

does the account you are installing it on have administrative privileges?
