Well I, or rather my current system, seems to be coping quite well with the demands of FSX - famous last words. Maybe I speak to soon. But hey after flogging myself to almost self destruct reading all the comments which have been spouted by all the various experts and novices, I am reasonably optimistic. There are some good things about FSX and there are some not so good. A bit like buying a car really; looks really good in the showroom but give it a few miles on the clock and you are likely to see some glitches or it doesn't do what you thought it was going to do - simple analogy but I'm quite a simple person at heart.
Anyway I'm not going to open up another sea of comments about the pluses and minuses of FSX many have done that before me. MY question is simply, to seek recommendations from those of you who have installed terrain mesh, either pay of freeware. Again I guess this comes down to personal preference and system but it might give me some ideas to work on.
