Uh...sorry Waspi, but you can't tow the glider itself.  :-/  ;)

Ctrl-Shift-Y calls the tow plane, Shift-Y releases.  

It's all in the key settings.  If you're in the plane and need to know something, bring up the kneeboard and there's a key guide as well as a checklist.

Yep, so to say it clear, you can be towed, but you cannot tow.
Towing would be a great addition for multiplayer...
