how can i asked the baggage truck t pick up luggage from my plane once i parked. i saw some of the plane just landed and the baggage truck automatically unload all the baggage??

As for the truck, open your cargo doors (Shift+E then hit 2) and they should come automatically

the truck actually not even come to you once you park, and "hit 2" do u mean no. 2 key pad on keyboard?

That's number two on the keyboard, not the keypad.
Just like for opening the main exit of you plane, you have to press SHIFT and E simultaneously, then release them and immediately press 1, 2,
