My engine wont die!!!!

I'm thrashing an engine on the default Maule, and I mean thrashing. I'm sitting it on the runway, with full power, leanest mixture bothe the CHT and Oil Temp in the red.... and it happily plods along. I would have thought M$ would have installed a feature where if you thrash the engine, it dies.... but nothing.... Is there any way to get it to die without setting random failures?

Honestly, no.

The only two planes I know with your desired feature are the Yak-12 and Yak-18. The problem here: They're hard-core russian and made for FS9.
