aircraft speed help

FSX including FSX Steam version.

aircraft speed help

Hi how do you make the aircraft speed up while flying
i want to make it go like 500 to 600mph. Do i need to
change anything. it get boring after a long slow flight

either get a fast plane, or climb high, then dive

You could try increasing the game speed during the more boring part of the flight, have a look under 'Options' -> 'Simulation Rate'. This is what most people do on long hauls, no need to go messing up aircraft cfg's & stuff.

Failing that, try a shorter route ;D

adding to what TSC said you pres "R" then the "=/+" or "-/_" to either speed up or slow the game speed. pressing the "=/+" key speeds it up and "-/_" slows it down
