NVidia drivers are lame i have the same card and same problem - to fix it press ALT ENTER to get out of full screen then press ALT ENTER AGAIN to get back into full screen.

That should fix it.

I`d already tried that Katrina, nothing happened at all apart from going back to the flashing.

On Vista, with my lame 7300LE, I use the 100.59 drivers.
The performance is up to par with winXP.
One thing I'd like to mention though: The final DX10 specifications are not yet released, which means that the nvidia 8800 is a premature card.
