Howdy peeps,

Sorry for posting it here, and I know its most likely the wrong place and I should know by now, but still  ;)

Can anyone post the links for Nick N's posts about the whole procedure for defragging/ reg mechanic? And also the thread where he mentions which services can be shut down, and gives the whole list.
Infact, anyone that has found any posts to have really increased their performance, could they post the links here?

*This isn't just me being lazy! I keep on getting a forbidden link when trying to access the search page...? Is anyone else getting this?

It's just that I have a new computer, and I had tweeked the last one so much that *sadly* it was faster when I left it than when I got it back with a fresh re-format!
