FS-X Instrument Lesson 1 data

This lesson refers to VOR-B approach at PAE.  The lesson itself has some sim charts for other airports and approaches.  AOPA has no VOR-B plates for PAE, but does have VOR-16 and VOR/DME-16 plates that have somewhat different procedures.  A quick Google search leads me to believe that the VOR-B was replaced a few years ago.  The Rod voice gets mad when you don't follow his chart, which I do not have.

Anyone have this chart or know where it might be found?
