Instrument Improvement?

Postby Mac_Trader » Wed Dec 13, 2006 9:48 am

I gave up on FS2002 Pro because of programing problems with instrument training, tests. Have these problems been corrrected with X?

Thanks in advance

Hi Mac_Trader,

To answer your question, I would definately say YES, but to run FSX, you're gonna need a PC that is about 10x faster than a PC that would run FS2002.

To be honest, FS2004 was a significant improvement than FS2002, but that is just my opinion. The default aircraft in FS2004 were maybe not the best to do instrument training on, but this was improved greatly on many of the 3'rd party aircraft that came out for FS2004.

Hope this helps,  ;)

Thanks Steve

Was trying to simulate real world using a Cessna 172.
Couldn't get past the glitches.
Never bothered to upgrade from my Sidewinder joystick.
But , have new computer with lots more horsepower.
