FSX FLIGHT RECORDER HELP

can anyone help me ?
i cant find where to activate the flight recorder in fsx,
can some one tell me how to get this to work?
i have the standard version not the deluxe.

FS Recorder works for me. I like it because it's better and even records AI traffic.
