where does simconnect DLL belong

I am curious as to where these three files belong. It seems that they were not installed.
Simconnect.cat
simconnect.dll
simconnect.manifest

Not sure about the other two, but the .dll file should be here:
C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\x86_Microsoft.FlightSimulator.SimConnect_67c7c14424d61b5b_10.0.60905.0_x-ww_429211e9

Edit:  I see that the forum software has broken the path up onto a second line.  The two lines compose a single directory name.
