Thats really interesting, that should point at MS as if to say, make a super-compressed texture format esp. for FS.  Call it FSF.  Flight Sim Format (lame, but still).

I sometimes wonder if the computer im gonna get may even require this to increase FRs.  It probably will, but it would still be cool if it didn't.
