i have never been able to change my graphics card settings, how do you?
AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE 3.6ghz, 4gb RAM, Palit GTX 460 1 gb, OCZ 750W, Windows 7 64bit

Go into 'Start' -> 'Control Panel' -> 'Appearance & Themes' -> 'Display' -> 'Settings' -> 'Advanced'. Then have a look in there.

Thats where it is on my pc anyway.
