Where’s the Best Spot to Land When the Runway’s Closed?

Hey, after logging all those hours in the cockpit, where do you guys unwind when you’re not chasing ILS approaches? Some of us aren’t ready to call it a night just because the gear’s up—ever found a cozy spot in the sim or IRL that makes the adrenaline last a little longer?

Same as real life - find the nearest alternate airport.
Of course you should have made a flight plan and checked all this info before you departed. Therefore let's assume the runway was unexpectedly closed due to some unforeseen circumstance during your flight. Of course - nearest alternative airport. If you nearly out of fuel, that's an emergency. Plan a strategic emergency landing, maybe on the grass strip alongside the runway, or the taxiway.
