I would strongly recommend you to forget about the IRIS F-35 which is quite an outdated model nowadays.
You should get the freeware version of the F-35 made by Dino Cattaneo. It's a package which includes the A, B and C variants. And yes, the B variant includes the VSTOL module for vertical takeoff and landings.

PS: make sure you read the manual to fly that bird. It will not work like the usual VTOL models out there, not at all. It has specific features and specific limitations that you have to take into consideration to control the plane
