Misty Moorings Scenery

Afternoon all... <<q

Today and yesterday would have been two great days for setting up the Game Microsoft FSX Acceleration to do a Simulated Cross Country Flight.
Both days were filled with Hale, Freezing Rain, Snow and Rain and it just keeps going in a cycle.

Not complaining but can not get motivated either to start up the Game.

Scenery I am looking for would include Ice Fishing Huts, Snowmobiles and Snowmobilers, Cabins, Winter Scenery and A1 Aircraft on skis/wheel skis and I believe Misty Moorings just might have some Scenery that would fill that bill... ;)

Before I changed to Windows 10... ...I had Windows 7 and several Misty Mooring Scenery Downloads...they worked great.

I now have a lot of Orbx Scenery and Ultimate Terrain installed and was wondering if anyone was using Misty Mooring Scenery with Windows 10 and how well it works.

I see Misty Moorings is available for Microsoft FSX and P3D but only mentions Windows 7 :?:

Had to do a clean install for Windows 10 so lost all my old installed Misty Moorings Scenery and would have to start over again...a large time consuming project, so would really like to know if anyone has this scenery and using Windows 10.

Thanks... <<v
Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

Below is the link to there home page and from what I read it should work with windows 10
I hope when you reinstalled Windows 10 that you did not install it in the default area. If you did you might have issues due to permission problems
Ever since Windows 7 Microsoft has protected the Program File Folder treating anything in that folder as system files.
Granted there are ways around this issue but to me it is a big pain in the rear
As I have stated numerous time the best place for any of the FS series is on a disk that does not have your operating system on it.
But I know some people just do not have a place to hang a extra drive and in that case install it anyplace except for the Program Files folder.
