FSX Terrain problems

Good afternoon, recently I installed FSX in a pc. The FSX is new and with code. The problem that Im getting is with the terrain...so IO wonder if its the program or can it be the graphic card.. ? what info do you need so to solve the problem ?? here are two pics of what my pc is giving...soory dont know how to download the pics...need realy some good help...it will be appreciated...thanks a lot

I'm not seeing images. If you haven't uploaded them to SimV, do so now by clicking the button at the top of the forums titled "Upload Images". Select your images you want to upload and then copy the ENTIRE code that is given to you after upload. Then paste that into a message and it should pop up.

Mr Travis, very sorry for the late response. Problems was fixed after I made a FULL reset of my PC and a fresh START in FSX. Now to find and refesh how to install the scenneries. I think a saw a great video here,. Ill check it out. Thanks a lot..best regards and safe landings..
