I remembered back in my FS2004 years when Vista Australis was a very popular addon package and it featured breathtaking visuals especially for much of Australia. Since I don't have FS2004 anymore (poor discs got damaged over time) but still have FSX, I did some searching and found out about Orbx FTX. I'm wanting to try them out first and found the freeware section that they had.

Keep in mind I am a bit rusty on how to install these files manually since it has been years already since I last did that. It might all come back to me naturally or I might fubar it somehow if I went ahead right away without asking.
I always thought it was a terrible shame that OZ didn't carry Vista Australis "VOZ" for FS 2004, over to FSX!
It produced, (and still does), some amazing (coloured/seasonal) scenery textures for FS 2004, all around the world, and for anyone still using FS 2004 it is well worth installing, a wonderful, unique program, and its free!
