Hi Fellow Flight Simmers,
I truly enjoy all of your posts, pics, and sharing about your flight sim experiences and would like to share one with you about a "Blind Pilot Landing A Small Plane on Vimeo". As many of you already know, I am DeafBlind with profound "tunnel vision"(Like what you might normally see through a drinking straw is all I can see anymore!) and when in the bright sunlight I experience "total whiteout blindness" due to having Usher Syndrome. Like this Blind Pilot, I too have had a Leader Dog (Service/Guide Dog) from Leader Dogs for the Blind in Rochester Hills, MI USA.
Anyway, here is the link for the Vimeo video: http://vimeo.com/110650445
I have so much admiration for pilots and you all as flight simmers really! Yes, I too as a DeafBlind adult fly FSX privately on my own PC and yeah,,,I do okay,,,but nothing like you all probably can! Thus, I respect and admire you all too much as fellow flight simmers to "intrude or even attempt" a multiplayer Sim Flight session of any kind with my profound DeafBlindness! But thought you all might enjoy "seeing this for yourselves.
But please keep going the forums, your great posts, and sharing your pics when you have them, as they let me experience a little bit of what you all "see and/or experience" with Flight Sim and real world aviation alike!
Thanks so much everyone!
