Problem when you let accountants take charge of companies - they think 'Invest - Return - (quick return for shareholders)'

Most of the GREAT inventions have taken many, many years to make a financial return. Often more than 10 years.

I would certainly put 'Flight Simulator' right there in the great inventions which will be looked back on in time .....

& luckily we still have it for open development ....

You can't really simulate flying on a smart phone ..... you just have to have that screen in front of you and a joystick of some kind.

I must have bought my recent copy of FSX Gold just in time even though shipping costs and duty fees tripled the cost. These ones for sale now have the product keys I hope, other wise pretty much useless.

Also as a point of interest, if you live on my side of the border, FedEx and UPS Send you a bill for duty fees 3 weeks after your product is delivered. Totally a surprise bill that you aren't aware of when you order product, if you don't pay they slap you in a collection agency. Amazon doesn't do that.

JB Hi Fi sell them for about $19 Aust.
The Flightsim store in the $40 region.
FS pilot shop. I see a whole lot of them
in my local JB Hi Fi Shop.
Also EB Games have them.

Some times Ebay is the worst place to look.

I have 3 backup copies bought recently.

Try looking at these sites Pete.

Anthin.
