The best of Slartibartfast, Norway 10m mesh

G'Day Cobbers,

While I was making the Finland mesh I noticed Norway has also released 10m dem data, although only 250 odd files rather than the 11000+ of Finlands. So I decided to make Norway 10m mesh but had not uploaded it, waiting instead for a special occassion.

That special occassion has arrived and I am now uploading 24 files covering all of Norway at 10m.

Unfortunately there is still no available dem for Denmark or Sweden at this resolution, maybe one day their gumbyments' will release something.
