Are there any sims written for FSX that can perform winged ground launch and dock with space stations?

Do you mean Missions? Or are you talking about a different simulator?

As for missions using the space shuttle I do not think there are any out there due to the fact that there are no space stations to my knowledge.
If you can find a space station than making a mission is relatively easy.

Actually I was thinking of the recent private flights to the ISS. Aren't they using winged platforms that lift to the high atmosphere and then go orbital? Or are those still on the drawing board? FSX could show them how it's done!

Hi Shal,

I think your mixing up privately funded trips and training to the ISS launching in the Vostok systems and what Virgin are doing with their winged return to air near space experience flights that went tragically wrong during prototype flying.

I have an addon which features the NASA shuttle, Discovery etc but your not involved in the launch nor does it goto the station.
There is Orbitor that you can now download from here that will let you do that but it's not FSX based.

regards

Thanks. Somehow I missed all those goodies under category 'Misc'. Probably because its somewhat outside of my thinking that space stuff would end up under 'Misc'.
