F14D by Dino Cattaneo image problem.

I have recently downloaded the magnificent F14D by Dino Cattaneo. I have one issue which is probably my doing anyway. However when FSX is up & running and I load the F14D, occasionally the aircraft is shrouded with a white haze whether at the gate or in the air. It reminds me of the effect of a shockwave during a very high speed low level pass. Reloading the aircraft into FSX seems the only fix at this time.
Did I do something wrong & can anyone suggest a fix?

I too have noticed a glitch like that. I hit the L key (for lights) and shazaam there it was without the sound. Try turning off lights to make it go away. Other than that I think you will have to learn how to dig into the aircraft.cfg files which is probably a no-no.
