A quick check with Google shows that "atiumdag" is part of the AMD/ATI video card driver set.

If you have one of their cards in your system, then uninstall it.

At that point you can either re-install your software/drivers from your original CD, or download a newer driver.

If your video card is older, I'd skip the newest drivers.
