FSX Crashing

I had that problem My antivirus was running disabled it no more freeze up
I pushed my traffic up to hundred percent and within 30 seconds I would get this message

Microsoft flight simulator has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available
So I went into my FSX computer system settings
Go to the graphics
And type this
HIGHMEMFIX=1

Go to display
WideViewAspect=True
Mine was showing false

Also now by doing this I can run my settings and 100% max
And while flying I'm constantly changing my settings...... I have no more crashes
Also no more lockups or flickering
