The aircraft should port over to FSX just fine. However a few possibles arrise.
Model folder
--------------------
You shouldn't have to do nothing with this, the model 9 times out of 10 will show
Texture folder(s)
---------------------------
You shouldn't have to do nothing with this, the texture(s) 9 times out of 10 will show
Panel folder
---------------------------
Depending if this aircraft came with a panel, and not using a default FS9 panel it will show. However the gauges used will not show on the panel in certain areas. If this happens you will need to replace the contents of the Panel folder with a FSX panel. Or if your good at editing a panel.cfg you can replace the gauges missing with FSX ones. If it uses a default FS9 panel you will need to replace the entire contents of the panel folder with a FSX panel. If you view the contents of the panel folder and see .bmp's and etc. the aircraft came with a panel as mentioned above. If all you see is a panel.cfg it is a FS9 panel and you will need to replace the contents with a FSX panel of your choosing.
Sound folder
------------------
If the sound folder came with a sound set included with .wav files you should be good to go. If you see just a sound.cfg file there chances are they are using a default sound from FS9. Then in this case you will need to replace the contents of the sound folder with a FSX sound of your choosing.
Now you should have a working FSX aircraft ported over from FS9. This is still no gaurantee, there are no absolutes here.
