Not quite sure why you downloaded this as most people just use NOTEPAD as all this program does is edit aircraft cfg files and they are all just plain text files. But after reading up on it I can see where one might want to use this.
But I would guess the reason why you are not seeing anything is you have to point it in the right direction. Once you set it to fs9 you have to change where it is looking
If you installed both programs to there default location than that should be C:Program Files\Microsoft Games
But you have to remember that aircraft in FSX are in a different location from FS9 you have to use the following C:Program Files\Microsoft Games\simobjects\aircraft
Otherwise it will look in FS9
Mind you this is only for 32 bit systems as 64 bit operating systems have a Program files(86) folder and a regular Program File folder.
