Thanks for the freeware hint. I knew, there were some programs, but didn't know any myself. I will try that too and compare with REX 3, which I have. As long as the internal FSX weather worked, I rather used this, since the weather was good enough for me and it didn't lag FSX while loading new weather.

Ta, Pegger.....That worked after I re-installed it again!.......!
...funny thing is, although I am confirmed as "Admin" for everything I do in my Win 8, yet occasionally I have to go through the routine of confirming it every now and again for certain programs!
Also, when I ran the program for my selected Sim area, the weather conditions appeared exactly the same as my FSX "Real Weather Jeppesen" download!...There's a surprise!.......!
