Standalone TCAS

Postby panting007 » Mon Sep 09, 2013 1:56 pm

Does anyone know of a standalone TCAS radar that can be added to a plane as a popup window? Or better, how I would add it to a simicon on my panel. I have one that I got with an add-on, but it will only zoom in to 10nm, and there is no border or anything. Any information will be appreciated. <<u
I'm not a real pilot, but I play one on FSX.

Adding any gauge can be tricky unless you know a lot about FSX, The problem comes from defining the window for the gauge. You have to define where to put it at then hope it does not cover up a existing gauge
Which is why I bought a third party add on called FSpanel studio This is the one program that anyone who either designs or want to edit panels with out having a PHD. This one program will allow you to add edit or create your own custom panel and gauges for both FSX and FS9 and it is so easy to use a Cave man could do it
Really this is very user friendly program it uses what is called a WISYWIG (What You see Is What You Get) approach. It displays the existing panel and all you have to do is to drag and drop the gauge where you want it as this is the actual panel you will see when you run FSX
It does not get any easier than that.
