Google Earth Tracker?

Postby AH_Moggy » Mon Apr 29, 2013 1:13 pm

Hi all:

Is anyone running GET on a networked Win7/64 setup? I'm having trouble getting it to work. I've read both the "how to" articles the author provided, have my two computers properly networked, with the Simconnect Tool installed on the server computer. The client computer with GET does recognize the server (FSX) computer, with a "green" icon in the system tray.

I'm stuck at what to do next. I'm thinking that it probably is a simple step, and probably has to do with inputting a .kml file or such, but haven't been able to figure it out. The documentation is pretty weak on this last step.

After reading your post more closely......I don't think I understood the question. I didn't realize you were trying to run FSXGET on another PC......sorry

AH_Moggy,
Did you also download the SimConnect tool? http://fsxget.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=%20HowTo%3A%20SimConnect%20Network%20Configuration&referringTitle=Help%2C%20FAQ%2C%20HowTos&ProjectName=fsxget
