how do i install "light bloom effect" that i downloaded from this site into fs9?

Didn't it come with any instructions, in the included; "readme" file?... ...!

I downloaded it some time ago, and easily installed it, and it automatically appears in my FS 2004 each time I require it, (Shift+F12 I think).

Paul...FS 2004...(and FSX)... 8-)...!
