Textures problem

I am running FS2004. I have had a problem with Losing ground textures in certain area's that I fly into It is only in the same area's that this happens. My question is, what is causing this problem and how can I correct it.

First off, what areas are you having problems with?

Having problems in and around the area of Sandusky Ohio, ascension Island, and St.Paul Minnesota.

Is there any add-on scenery around those areas?
Or is it just default?

There is add on scenery in two of the areas Ascension Is. and Sandusky, Ohio. Most of the add on scenery is in and around the airports. but, I don't have any add on scenery in St. Paul Minnesota.
