Radar and Terrain follow guages?

Is there any gauge that I can add to flight simulator 2004 so I can see other aircraft on a radar gauge sitting on my control panel?

Is there any add-on that will give my plane auto terrain follow capability?
You never know what other places/countries are like untill you travel there. More people should get out of their home contries, just so they can understand/know more of/about the world

1.  Yes, it's f16.gau and FSUIPC.  More here.

2. I don't know.

Steve Hess makes a panel for the Alpha F-111 Ardvaark that includes a terrain following radar and control.

I don't know if it could be adapted to your needs or not.

You might try google for Steve Hess and see what pops up.
