HJG CHRISTMAS GOODIES - 2011

It's traditional for HJG (Historic Jetliners Group) to conclude each calendar year with a major website update comprising of either an abundance of new product, or a new release, or a "COMPLETE SURPRISE".

Christmas 2011 is no exception to this established tradition .... only this year HJG are doing all 3 of the above...

This Christmas ...HJG have pleasure releasing its much anticipated new MD80/90 flightline ...featuring new 3D models, some 73 new and high quality textures featuring major and lesser known airlines/operators from around the world ...covering Africa, Albania, Australia, Austria, Canary Islands, China, Colombia, France, Indonesis, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Scandinavia/Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States Of America, and Venzezuela ...4 panels, and also supported by a new AEROMUSICA MD80 soundpack.

In addition to these HJG also has pleasure releasing the following new textures for its existing inventory of B717, DC9, and VISTALINERS L1011 jetliners for FS2004 and FSX ....

New textures for the HJG B717-200's include...

The latest 3 artistic variations of attractive abstract livery applied to the newest fleet aquisitions by a Finnish feeder for a major Scandinavian airline alliance:

New textures for the HJG DC9's include...

The classic late 1960's colour scheme for a historic carrier from the US/southern states ...for the PAX configured DC9-10.

And for the for PAX configured DC9-30... 2 historic versions early 1970's identity for a Classic US/Atlanta/Georgia based operator; The late 1990's blue/white and more recent green/white livery supported by aircraft operated by a regional airline from Venezuela ...one of which features this airlines special "Orchid tail art"; The recent and colourfiul red/black/grey colour scheme of venezuelan domestic/international carrier; And 2 variations of early 1990's identity supported by aircraft flown by the disbanded wing of a recently defunct Venezuelan operator ...all of which conclude HJG's latest DC9 texture additions.

New HJG textures for the VL L1011 TRISTAR include ....

The hybrid livery applied to LOCKHEED "SHIP oNE" during its 1972 demonstration to a major UK based tourist/IT airline; The late 1990's colour scheme for an aircraft operated by a major carrier from Southern Ireland; The identity of a short-lived Scandinavian tourist/charter operator disbanded during the mid 1990's; The early 1990's TWA based hybrid livery of a lessor known US carrier. The colour scheme of Turkish holiday airline fron the mid 1990's; The late 1990's identity of Nordic tourist/charter carrier, And a plain but none-the-less historic livery supported an aircraft briefly flown by Cambodian operator during more recent times ...each are for the L1011-1.

And for the rare L1011-1F freighter conversion ...the 2002 hybrid colour scheme supported by and aircraft flown by a Thai cargo airline.

The attractive late 1990's identity representing the Hawaiian holidays division of a major but recently no longer existent US tourist/charter carrier; And a Gambian registered aircraft flown by a US/Las Vegas based charter/leasing company during 2005 ...both for the L1011-50.

And for the L1011-100 ...a rare Sierra Leone registered in the 2004 livery of a Jordanian based charter operator; Another eaqually rare Sierra Leone registered aircraft operated by an Austrian charter airline during 2005. And a Zaire registred aircraft operated by an US/Arkansas based charter carrier during 2007.

The attractive blue/white striped 2002 colour scheme of an Antigua registered freight configured aircraft flown by a Belgian cargo operator, And the recent and unusual/blue/white identity of an Iranian domestic and regional airline ...for the L1011-200 and 250 respectively ...both of which conclude HJG's latest texture releases for the VISTALINERS L1011 TRISTAR.

BUT WAIT FOR IT .... THERE'S MORE ....

By special "consent" ...and in addition to all of the above ...HJG also have pleasure releasing a "COMPLETE SURPRISE" ...in the form of a "super-fast" classic jetliner ...supported by a selection of 9 classic/historic textures, both 2D and VC panels, and a new soundpack.

THANK YOU HJG FOR THE WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS GIFTS

Thanks mark and a merry Christmas to you too :D
Most people think that flying a plane is dangerous, except pilots because they know how easy it is.
Arguing with a pilot is like wrestling with a pig in the mud, after a while you begin to think the pig likes it.
