FS 2004 camera views......

Postby jon157uk » Mon Nov 07, 2011 4:08 pm

I'm getting a bit sick of how un-reliable FSX is so I've gone back to FS2004 for now, I'm downloading every improvement I can find and I've even been buying some payware to it to try and get the absolute best out of the sim......
The one thing I'm missing most of all though is the way the view points can be changed in FSX, by that I mean when you're in the cockpit and you can gradually move your view left or right, up or down a bit at a time.... so here's the question!
Is there anything I can add to FS2004 that will do the same thing? Because I hate how the view pans full left/right, up/down etc, etc.

Thanks.... Jon T.

Hi,

I have Just Flight aircraft that do have the facility to move around the aircraft.

I'm not sure if you can do it with any aircraft.
I'll check back this evening.
It's something like shift and keypad enter and others button multi button presses.
Check the controls in options and the view options.

regards

Steve

May the Mynd be with you.
So far my number of landings either passenger or pilot equal my number of takeoffs.

I assume you mean in the VC?

Keyboard:

Use Backspace and Enter keys with the Shift, Ctrl, and Ctrl-Shift to move your head in various directions.
