Visual departure and destination display advice

Postby Dobermann » Tue Feb 01, 2011 6:58 am

Hi Simmers,   Some time ago I came across a method of displaying, along with the usual inflight readout shown above in flight aircraft, the way you can also display the point of departure and destination added to the other information flashing, ie. the height, distance, identification etc. If I can remember the FS9 cfg is involved, but all details went when my last computer crashed, your help on this will be gratefully received, many thanks,    Dobermann

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

Dave.
Where does this new "Tools" menu appear?. I've installed the SDK but can't find a new menu anywhere.

Zaphod,

You have to copy the 'TrafficToolbox.dll' from the install to your ...\\Modules\ folder. The Tools menu will then appear in the in-flight screen's Alt menu.
